So, what the heck IS AN “Orri”, ANYWAY?!?
Well, an Orri is a person - a good pal of mine, in fact, for quite some time.
Orri and I have been good pals since way back in my Planewalker days (back when I was the founder and webmaster of the Official Planescape website, Planewalker.com). Orri was one of several Project Directors, or PD’s (as we used to call ‘em) over the various sub-sections of the site. There were several, and each was like it’s own mini-site, and so each one needed it’s own PD to make sure things ran smoothly. Orri was the head of Kytos’ Hooks, which was a section that covered nothing but cool adventure hooks and adventure setups for the Planescape Campaign Setting…
Anywho, Orri and I have been “e-pals” (or, friends who have met via the internet but never before in person, as I term them) for years. He is a native of Iceland, and I of Alabama, so it was quite an event of unusual porpotions for the two of us to actually meet in person, I must say! Orri is in school in New York and was able to come down for a brief visit this weekend - it was really a treat to get to meet him face to face, show him some “southern hospitality” and get to know him better. We saw several sites, rode a space shot or two, ate some mouth-watering catfish and go to GAME (WHOO HOO)! Orri ran a PS game with myself and a couple of my usual players and was not only able to give us one heck of an awesome roleplaying ride into PS, but also was able to FLAWLESSLY integrate the session in with my regular game (and let me tell you, that was NO SMALL FEAT, because as my players normally say, my games often “make brains hurt”…).
So, while I’m sad that my friend from times past and leagues away is no longer here, I do have to say that I supremely enjoyed his visit and really look forward to the next! 
Orri - if you are out there, let me know when you want some more catfish, my friend!
It was an awesome experience for me as well. Not only did I get to enjoy the full hospitality of Brannon and Heather, I also got my first experience of the south in the most positive of ways imaginable.
The game ran incredibly smoothly, I thought. Very nearly as if I were DMing my own group (high praise, that is…those bloods are seasoned veterans of the Orroloth campaigns). And I do hope the misfits will find their place in the world.
At the very least, they will always have each other.

Aaawwwww…. shucks, Orri - yer makin’ me *BLUSH*.
I just wish that you could have stayed longer and that we could have done more - but then again, there’s always next trip!
Thanks mucho for the HIGH PRAISE - I think that all the credit should go to the awesome GM, however, not the players!
